Swuvie was playing a board game with her husband, Dubby.  Swuvie was ahead in the game after making some fancy moves.  After a lackluster turn, she said:

"Okay, nothing impressial this round." 😏

The joy of playing board games in lieu of today's high tech online game playing.

RIPPY = RUNNY + DRIPPY

I told my grandson I was struggling with what I thought were allergies but wasn't quite sure I didn't have a cold.  So, to be sure I wouldn't pass on a virus, I was not able to get together with him.  The next day, he asked how I was doing and I told him:

"Well, my nose is not as rippy as it was yesterday." 

He said:  "Meemaw! You just said a Scrabulary word! You need to put it in your blog right now!"
