Another example of  dangerous driving and lack of concern for others on the road.

Swuvie and I were coming home from a craft show last night and as we merged onto the highway, a car sped by us along the shoulder throwing debris.  Shocked that it happened, Swuvie said:

"Just how dangerous is driving on the highways gonna bet?"

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 12-04-15 "SPOODING"

SPOODING = SPEEDING + MOVING

This time of year our beautiful state of Colorado can have icy roads.  This past Monday the roads were icy on the way to work.  Some drivers were driving along without any regard for the icy conditions and I said to my hubby:

"They're just spooding along without a care."

Pay attention drivers!!

SWIP = SWITCH + SWAP

Dubby uttered today's Scrabulary word.

"If your vacuum has bad suction, just swip out the bag."

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 11-27-15 "FACKY"

FACKY = FUNKY + TACKY

When discussing changing the unique wall color of Swuvie's new home, she said:

"I'd rather have facky colored walls than white walls."

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 11-26-15 "SHNOVEL"

SHNOVEL = SHOVEL + SNOW

Swuvie and her family were moving into their new home.  Swunnie's outdoor play set needed to be put in the backyard.  There was a pile of snow blocking the gate to the backyard and Swuvie said:

"We can move the play set to the backyard after I shnovel."

TUMMACH = TUMMY + STOMACH

When my grandson was reluctant to eat a food item I knew he would enjoy, I asked:

"Does your tummach feel okay?

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 10-31-15 "SHINCE" (Pronounced 'shinsee')

SHINCE = SINCE + SHE (Pronounced - shinsee)

After a customer made a payment just before closing, the cashier said:

"Should we put a note on her account shince paid after I balanced my drawer?"
