OKATHAY = OKAY + THANKS

As Beetie and I were getting ready to leave the house, I said:
"Oh, I forgot to grab the package for mailing."  Beetie said:  "I put it in the car for you."  I replied:

"Okathay."

Scrabulary Word/Phrase of the Day - 4-25-14 "MY HAPPY"

MY HAPPY = MY PLEASURE + HAPPY TO

Swuvie is speaking advanced Scrabulary by combining phrases.

I asked Swuvie if she would be interested in making some very elaborate birthday cakes for a friend of mine and she said:

"My happy."

Short, sweet and to the point.
Thanks, Swuvie.

CHASH = CHECKS + CASH

My son-in-law, Dubby, contributed today's word.

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 4-20-14 "MESHOWINGCHINE"

MESHOWINGCHINE = SEWING + MACHINE

Last weekend, I attended an embroidery workshop.  The ladies at my table were discussing the machines they used versus the Brother brand machines to be used for the projects.  I said:

"I love my Brother meshowingchine."

Funny, no one batted an eyelash.  Maybe they speak Scrabulary, too!

For clarification, I asked if the caller wanted to make a payment over the phone.  The caller said:  "Yes, that's what I meant.[haha]"
