DUGLY = DUSTY + UGLY

While doing a little housecleaning, I commented to Beetie:

"I have to vacuum these rugs regularly because they get dugly."

Walking down the hall to the break room, I passed a co-worker who said "Hi" and I replied:

PIZZLE = PICTURE + PUZZLE

I loved watching my 17-month-old grandson open gifts Christmas day.  I showed him one of his gifts and said:

"Hey Moonpie!  Let's play with this pizzle!"

PAG = PURSE + BAG

In a hurry to get out the door, I took stock of everything I needed before leaving and said:

[holding each item out to see that I actually had them in my hands]

 

"Okay, I've got my list and I've got my pag."

RANNY = RABBIT + BUNNY

Watching my tireless 17-month-old grandson play, I said:

"You could go longer than the energizer ranny."

GWELL = GOOD + WELL

I had a customer come in, make a payment on his account and, as he was leaving, ask:  "Am I caught up, now?" With a smile, I responded:

"Yes, all is gwell."
